Massageo - Damage product and Warranty
I purchased my product December 20th .I bought 1 unit of the Exclusive model and they gave me the Shoes for free and once basic Massageo free.
Once I got home , The basic unit didn't turn on , I plugged the battery in and hoped finally I can test the product , Which not happened! Back to the mall the next day , the guys that worked there replace my unit without question , I even didn't need to show them the receipt. Not sure why they got 2 complains , Just wanted to mention that in my case , their customer service and warranty was taking care of by them .
They replace my unit without any question !I using and love My Exclusive Unit , Highly Recommend !
